Nearly New Year

I had a very good Christmas, I have to say. I had some lovely things, I got so much stuff, coz I got absolutely loads from Marni's family as well as my own, I couldn't believe how much there was!

Christmas day was brilliant. We had a huge dinner along with two extra guests, so I had to run a round frantically printing of place names and setting new places at the table, but it all went fine and the food was great. And then I went up toMarni's in the afternoon before coming abck home for tea, a small tea might I add, coz I was still very full from lunch!

And now things are back to normal. I'm going to try and start doing some work tomorrow, going to start reading some of my set texts for next semester. I've got so much reading to do becasue all of them are huge novels. My eyes are going to hurt by the end of it all! hehe!

Anyway, au revoir for now,

Have fun!

Well I've finally managed to get all my Christmas presents bought and wrapped, thankfully town wasn't too busy today so it didn't take too long to get the last few things.

My back was aching by the time I finished wrapping, but i was watching Narnia at the same time, so it wasn't all bad. I love that film!

Anyway, I'm nearly all set for Christmas day, it should be good!

Eragon

Found a picture, so thought I'd put it on. The character on the far left is called Durza and he looks exactly as I pictured him when I was reading the book!

I'm looking forward to the next book!

Working hard!

Well I've had quite a productive day to day I have to say! I was childminding from nine til one and it was so easy. We watched films and did some arty stuff. We watched Hihg Svhool Musical and it's really sad, but I loved it, and now I've got the songs all stuck in my head. Even the girl I was childminding told me off for singing it so much.

Their cat had four kittens a while ago and they've kept two of them and they are so so cute. They're both ginger and fluffy and they kept on running around, it was so funny! They're called Klein (that's the boy) and Tikki (that's the girl) and then Mara's the mum. They were so sweet.

Anyway so I did that this morning and then ofcourse went home and watched Neighbours. And then I went round to the church and did some work in the office as the official secretary over the Christmas holidays, so it was all good!

And then my aunt and cousin came round and my cousin is a hyper five year old although today she was a bit calmer; I didn't have to play hide and seek once.

And now me and Dan are trying to convince mum and dad to get chinese for tea, I think we've swayed them!

Au revoir!

Here we go!

Okay, it's the twentieth of December and I can't really believe that Christmas is only five days away. I still have some presents to get and then I'll have to wrap them up! I managed to convince Marni to wrap some up with me today, so that was good.

I've been to the cinema to see Eragon today, I've already seen it once, but Marni wanted to see it and I had no qualms with going again!! Although I was not impressed to find out that cineworld has changed to Empire cinemas, because I can't use my card. The good news is though, that in both Bangor and Cardiff there is a cineworld, so my free cinema lifestyle will be able to continue!

Anyway back to Eragon! It's a good film, but the book is much better (ofcourse!) so I recommend reading it! I really want a Dragon though, how amazing would that be! I'm working on it, give me time!

Right, well there is post one, hopefully of many.

See you all soon and love you all loads!
